Good morning, Pastor B., I pray that your day is going well. My apologies for not getting back with you on the success of the mission and gratitude of the recipients.
Anyways, all but one of the families received their gift boxes on Sunday afternoon following our morning worship service in which I was approached by one of the recipients whom was very appreciative of the thoughtfulness of her daughter and grandchildren.
I also had the privilege of hand delivering the final box. Husband and his wife's gift box as they were filled with gratitude and gratefulness. I ended up spending a little more than an hour in fellowship and prayer with them and they were so excited that they insisted that I open their gift package before I left. And, to see the looks on their faces and their expression of their gratitude when they saw the generous donation of food items the were in the box was PRICELESS.
So, on behalf of each recipient and our church family, THANK YOU, THANK YOU and THANK YOU three times for the Son, the Father and the Holy Spirit for your Faithfulness and Thoughtfulness of your faith and your commitment to the mission of your ministry and evangelism. Blessings

In His service and by His will
Romans 6 and 4 Ministries was birthed out of some heartache, some pain, some suffering, some homelessness, and some addiction. Having been homeless, our co-founder Israel G. Bryson realized what it felt like to be discarded and disregarded by society. Having been an addict Israel has endured the feeling of suffering, and loss of control and family. Israel has suffered from depression, loneliness, and hopelessness. He found himself, without love, hope, friends or family, either from bridges burned or from isolating himself. After enduring his own life's struggles, Israel was brought to a point of restoration. He has since been involved with different programs such as: NA, AA, and Miracle Hill Overcome Center. Through his growth with Miracle Hill Overcome Center, having been chosen by counselors, staff and the Director, he then served as a Resident Assistant. He has also served as the Head Houseman, managed a thrift store and coordinated a weekly food giveaway with the State of NC. It has been the Word of God that allowed him to change and that has sustained him.
